What this site is

cragleinc.com is an informational website describing Cragle LLC and the software we build. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, a warranty, or professional advice of any kind. Product descriptions are summaries and may change as the products change.

Products

MyPathKeeper, CertBridge, and Texas Court IQ are licensed under their own terms, provided with each product. Those agreements govern your use of the products and take precedence over anything on this site. These terms grant you no right to use any Cragle product.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, design, layout, graphics, and the Cragle name, logo, and product names — is owned by Cragle LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, quote, and link to this site for ordinary and fair purposes, with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale, present it as your own, or use our names and marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, its server, or any connected system;
• interfere with the site’s operation or availability, or place unreasonable load on it;
• use automated means to harvest content in a way that disrupts service;
• use the site to distribute malware or unlawful material, or for any unlawful purpose.

Good-faith security research is welcome. If you find a vulnerability, please report it to hello@cragleinc.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before disclosing it publicly.

Governing law
