This policy covers cragleinc.com, the Cragle LLC company website. Our products are governed separately — see Products below.

The short version

This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no third-party scripts or trackers, and has no forms, accounts, or logins. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell or share personal information. If you never contact us, we hold nothing about you beyond the routine server logs described below.

What we collect

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard web server logs when a page is requested — IP address, browser user-agent, the URL requested, and a timestamp. This is how the web works and how the server is kept secure and diagnosed when something breaks. We do not use these logs to identify individuals or combine them with anything else, and we do not use them for advertising or analytics.

Email you send us

Every contact link on this site opens your own email client. If you write to hello@cragleinc.com, we receive and retain that message, your email address, and anything you choose to include, so that we can reply and keep a record of the correspondence. We use it for that purpose only. We do not add you to a mailing list.

What we do not do

• No cookies of any kind, including analytics or advertising cookies.
• No analytics, tag managers, pixels, session recording, or fingerprinting.
• No third-party fonts, embeds, or content delivery networks. Every asset is served from this domain.
• No sale or sharing of personal information, and no targeted advertising.

Products

Cragle LLC builds software that does handle data — including MyPathKeeper, CertBridge, and Texas Court IQ. This policy does not describe those products. Each is governed by its own privacy policy and agreements, provided with the product. Nothing here should be read as a statement about how any Cragle product collects, stores, or processes data.

Retention

Server logs are retained by our hosting provider under its own schedule and rotated automatically. Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for the matter it concerns, and you can ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Because this site collects so little, such a request will usually concern email you have sent us. Write to hello@cragleinc.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children

This website is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.

External links

This site links to our product websites and may link elsewhere. Once you follow a link off cragleinc.com, this policy no longer applies and the destination site’s own practices govern.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
